The best start is to respectfully tell them that they need to improve, and then direct them to some good tutorials. If they get pissed at you, then...well, I dunno what to do after that, but...eh, it's just a suggestion :U
That's a good way. I try not to come off as mean because, well, everyone knows me as the nice gurl .3. lol I was thinking about putting a new rule: Ask before using. But it's just a thought.
